When will I receive my SIM card?

I travel in the next 10 days - will I get my SIM in time?
If you’re travelling within the next 10 days, we will try our best to get the SIM to you in time but it normally takes a minimum of 10 days to dispatch.

How many SIMs will I receive?
You will receive 1 FREE SIM per booking. If you are booking a trip for 4 people, you will only receive 1 SIM card.

What do I have to do to get my SIM from SIM4travel?
You don’t have to do a thing. When you booked your trip with expedia.co.uk, they forwarded us your details and we will arrange the dispatch of the SIM card for you.

Is the SIM only valid for this trip?
No. You can use SIM4travel every time you travel and your £10 of airtime is valid for up to 9 months. So you can save money with SIM4travel each and every time you travel overseas.
